How to diagnose shoulder dislocation?
The anterior dislocation of the shoulder joint has obvious trauma history, shoulder pain, swelling and dysfunction, the injured limb is elastically fixed in a mild abduction and internal rotation position, the elbow is flexed, and the uninfected hand is used to support the affected forearm. The appearance is “square shoulder” deformity, the acromion is obviously prominent, and the acromion is empty. The head of the humerus can be felt under the armpit, under the coracoid process, or under the collarbone.
